Die Gärtnerei Gärtner ist ein Zierpflanzenproduktions- und Endverkaufsbetrieb, welcher unter modernen und technisierten Bedingungen Pflanzen produziert.
Vermarktet wird zum Teil direkt über den eigenen Endverkaufsbereich und Filialbetrieb,
als auch indirekt durch den Absatz an den Fachhandel in Sachsen, Brandenburg und Thüringen.

Wir bilden kontinuierlich seit vielen Jahren Gärtner in der Fachrichtung Zierpflanzenbau aus.
Seit 2024 bilden wir auch Floristen aus.

Unsere Auszubildenden kommen zu meist aus Oberschulen und Gymnasien.
Aber auch Bewerber aus Förderschulen haben nach erfolgreich absolvierten Praktika eine
