Wir bilden unsere zukünftigen Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen gerne selbst aus. Aus diesem Grund bieten wir regelmäßig Ausbildungsplätze im technischen und kaufmännischen Bereich an.
Die Chancen für eine Übernahme nach der Ausbildung sind außerordentlich hoch.
Gern bieten wir im Rahmen von Schüler- oder freiwilligen Praktika die Möglichkeit unsere Berufe, unser Unternehmen und die Welt der Zerspanungstechnik zunächst kennen zu lernen.
Während der Dauer von 1 Tag bis zu 14 Tagen ist es möglich alle fertigungsnahen Abteilungen und Abläufe hautnah mitzuerleben und aktiv mitzuwirken.
