Damit wir euer Praktikum und die Begleitung durch unsere Kollegen/Kolleginnen auf den Wohnbereichen im Vorfeld gut planen können, würden wir uns freuen, wenn ihr uns etwa vier bis sechs Wochen im Voraus zum geplanten Zeitraum eures Praktikums kontaktiert.
Im Rahmen von Schnuppertagen, Praktika und Ferienjobs möchten wir euch einen Einblick in die Pflege und Betreuung von Senioren geben. Es gibt gute Gründe sich für eine Ausbildung in der Pflege zu entscheiden: Hinsichtlich der immer älter werdenden Bevölkerung wird zum einen der Personalbedarf im Pflegebereich zukünftig noch weiter ansteigen. Zum anderen bietet der Beruf hervorragende Möglichkeiten zur beruflichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung. So kann sich eine Pflegefachkraft bspw. zum/r Wundexperte/in, Praxisanleitung oder Wohnbereichsleitung weiterentwickeln und als junge Führungskraft ihren/seinen eigenen Wohnbereich mit etwa 15 Mitarbeiter:innen leiten. Für ein Praktikum werden keine besonderen Vorkenntnisse oder Fertigkeiten benötigt. Wichtig ist, dass ihr Spaß im Umgang mit älteren Menschen habt.
