Beschreibung des Angebotes
Wir machen eine Betriebsbesichtigung durch unsere Restaurants. Unter anderem bekommen Schüler und Schülerinnen die Möglichkeit durch die Küchen zu gehen und Arbeitsatmosphäre aufzunehmen. Im Ontario führen wir eine Praxisnahe Cocktailzubereitung durch. Unser Ausbildungsbeauftragter und Küchenchef des Restaurant Kutscherschänke, Herr Markgraf, wird diese Veranstaltung begleiten.
