Die Pflegeheimgesellschaft Krumbholz mbH wurde im Dezember 2003 gegründet und ist Träger der Pflegeeinrichtungen in Pegau und Groitzsch.
Als erste Einrichtung wurde das Seniorenpflegeheim BIRKENHOF im April 2005 eröffnet.
Es folgte im Jahr 2012 die Eröffnung der BELLA Senioren-Residenz Groitzsch im neu entstandenen Schusterviertel.
