Kurzbeschreibung des Anbieters
Wir sind ein christlicher Träger und unser Herz schlägt für die Altenhilfe. Seit 1991 sind die Mitarbeitenden der Diakoniestation der Kirchgemeinden Eibenstock und Umgebung e.V. für pflege- und hilfebedürftige Menschen rund um die Orte Eibenstock, Schönheide, Stützengrün und Hundshübel da. Was vor fast genau 35 Jahren mit einem ambulanten Pflegedienst begann, ist stetig gewachsen. Heute versorgen mehr als 150 Mitarbeitende im mobilen Dienst, im Betreuten Wohnen, in zwei Pflegeheimen und in der Tagespflege über 370 Senioren.
Anbieter-Profil
Die Diakoniestation der Kirchgemeinden Eibenstock und Umgebung e.V. bietet Ausbildungen im Pflegebereich an. Die Ausbildung zur Pflegefachfrau/ zum Pflegefachmann kann bei uns absolviert werden. Desweiteren bieten wir Praktikumsplätze für die Ausbildung zum/ zur Sozialassistent/-in sowie zum/ zur Krankenpflegehelfer/-in an.
Die Geschäftsstelle der Diakoniestation befindet sich am Fuchsstein in Schönheide.
Die oben genannten Ausbildungsplätze sowie Praktikumsplätze bieten wir in unseren folgenden Einrichtungen an:
Pflegeheim "Herbstsonne" in Eibenstock
Haus "Sonnenhof" in Sosa
ambulanter Dienst (Einzugsgebiet Eibenstock, Schönheide und Stützengrün mit den jeweils umliegenden Orten)

Unsere Angebote richten sich an Schülerinnen und Schüler ab Klasse 7 mit Interesse an einem Praktikum, einem "Schnuppertag" oder einer Ausbildung im Bereich Gesundheit/ Soziales und Pflege.
